Through the first 6 innings the CUBS are seeing 3.29 P/PA.

The O RLY thing is [expletive] (sorry, but it is. IMO) but the look on Hairston's face in that picture is awesome!

he's also GIDP twice today.

 

Hey, 2 GIDP and 1 HR is better than 3 GIDP.

 

I'd be shocked if Armais doesn't get back up there once you get another big hitter in the lineup for him to hit after. That's just always going to be his role. If the Cubs play smart and surround him with Lees (Derrek and Carlos, if the latter is able to be picked up), I have little doubt he'll be the monster we've seen him be.

cmon guys! why do you always have to say something bad about neifi? he's like, really almost sorta below average and stuff. but he saved us last year. leave the guy alone!
