Bulls certainly look confident. Nocioni's emergence is huge. Hinrich, Gordon, Deng, Nocioni is a solid foundation to build this team on. If they can grab a quality big man in the off season, this team will be mean.

after the disheartening 1st quarter, it's been all Bulls.

the way we're playing right now, we definitely look like the team that can get the 5th spot in the East.

Wow. Deng took a vicious shot to the face and yet still managed to hit the layup high off the backboard. Flagrant called.

Wow. Chandler manages to throw it down with the foul despite his hands being two feet away from the basket.

What a game.

More players should really try the overhead, two-hand throw into the basket while above the rim. I can't recall ever seeing something quite like that.

110-93 with 2:00 left.

5 straight road wins? 8 of last nine? Well done Bulls.

10 of our last 12. If we win the final 2 games, we can finish .500. Thats unreal seeing we were 29-39 at one point.

Not that I care much about the NBA, but that charging call in the last 5 seconds of Friday night's game was absolutely atrocious. Hope you Bulls fans realize that.

Not only did you ruin a season of 24 I have not seen already, but you are completely wrong.

Thanks for losing.

I'd love to see them in a series that they could possibly win...like the Nets.

We really should have beaten the Wizards last year. :?

If the Wizards lose to the Cavs this evening, I like the Bulls chances at the 7 seed. Better shot at beating the Heat than the Pistons. Still a long shot, but has Wade ever had a good game against the Bulls? He shot 2-12 today.

No Deng and no Curry played a big role in losing that series.

Wow! This team has looked real good the last 2-3 weeks. We are the hottest team out of all the teams fighting for these playoff spots. Orlando tomorrow night is not going to be easy. Howard is coming off a surreal game Sat night, and Orlando is probably the hottest team in the NBA. However, Im not about to count out this team, not after I counted them out about 3-4 weeks ago lol.

So I just caught the score of this game during the Cubs telecast. Totally forgot that this game was such an early start.

Did Miami play their scrubs all game or something??

Shaq and "Flash" (I hate that stupid nickname) only had 20 minutes each.

Shaq still managed to send half of our team into foul trouble with his limited minutes.

they played for about half of the first half and most of the 3rd. We were up by 14 after 3 with both Shaq and Wade getting good minutes. Hinrich shut down Wade real well yet again. We seem to have better luck at stopping Wade than pretty much every other team does.

And just like that, all playoffs teams have clinched, as Sacramento and Washington won to complete the field.

With 2 games left, the Bulls are in the 8 position due to tiebreakers. Any game they gain on Indiana, Milwaukee, or Washington over the last 2 games will let the Bulls jump that team.

If the Bulls win out, they are guaranteed at least the 7 seed, as Milwaukee and Washington play each other. However, if the Bulls go 1-1, they can do no better than the 6 seed for the same reason. 0-2, and the Bulls are automatically the 8 seed at 39-43. Which is better than anyone could've imagined 3 weeks ago.

Orlando tomorrow, either a really ticked off Orlando team, or a deflated Orlando team. This could be their playoffs tomorrow and Wednesday (they play Indiana).

Another interesting scheduling quirk is that the Bulls and Pacers both finish with Orlando and Toronto (in opposite order), and that Milwaukee and Washington play each other and Detroit.

In my opinion, the Bulls match up best against NJ, then Cleveland, then Miami, then Detroit. However, I don't think they win a series against any of them. They can take NJ or Cleveland to 7, Miami to 5, and they could luck out and steal a home game from Detroit to avoid embarrassment.

So...go higher seed!

I would absolutely love for the Bulls to get the six seed. Detroit would steamroll the Bulls, Miami probably would beat them pretty good, but I like the Bulls winning a few games against the Nets. Go Bulls!

I'll say it right now - if the Bulls get the 6 seed, they will go to the 2nd round, and there's a legitimate chance they could sneak by Miami into the Eastern Finals. You all think I'm crazy now, but we'll see in a month.

The Bulls would absolutely not beat the Heat in the playoffs. Barring injury to Shaq or Wade.

That's what I was thinking, the only way they stand a chance is if one or both can't go for several games in the series.

The Cavs could be neck in neck for the 3rd seed(and therefore postponing a meeting with Detroit until the conference finals) with New Jersey if it weren't for the ridiculous rules about division leaders getting the top 3 seeds. Instead it's just a matter of who is the 5 seed they face.

There is no way the Bulls beat anyone in the first round. The Pistons starting 5 is the best in the league, they don't match up with Shaq and Wade, and the Nets are playing their best basketball of the season. If you ask me, I think the Nets are coming out of the East this year.
