  1. That's correct. I'd do it, but I don't think Bulls management would.
  2. The Bulls would never do it because he's radioactive at this point, but I think their quickest path to going for it could be to trade for Gilbert Arenas, assuming he's 100% healthy. They have the cap space open and the Wizards would love to get rid of him. He'd come to Chicago angry and embarrassed with a lot to prove, and I don't think there's a more talented SG option out there at this point.
  3. [expletive].
  4. D'oh. That sucks, Vance. Bad timing.
  5. There was a list 8 or 9 years ago? I walked in off the street when I picked out my seats in 2000. I thought the list didn't happen until after 2003. Anyway, congrats -- and ha ha to the rest of you suckers.
  6. http://www.npbtracker.com/2009/09/npb-bullet-points-nichibei-special/ More noise about Kikuchi waffling between NBP and MLB: http://www.npbtracker.com/2009/09/kikuchi-rocks-the-draft/ My favorite quote to date, "there has not been a high school player who directly went to the MLB without going through the NPB, so there is a part of me that wants to be the pioneer."
  7. Here's one: http://baseballguru.com/jalbright/analysisjalbright19.html I suspect there have been more predictive ones put together since.

  10. I'm not sure how you'd measure the level of Bradley hate, but your anecdotal evidence doesn't sway me.
  11. Yeah, I also don't hate Bradley. I suspect it might be a vocal minority that does all the hating.
  12. We can talk about that three years from now if Castro's repeating AAA for the second time.
  13. Sure, Castro has similar tools and a similar ceiling to what Cedeno had at 19, but I think it's fair to feel better about his chances of reaching that ceiling given his performance at AA this year.
  14. Cedeno was two years older than Castro when he played AA ball.
