IBBing Murton.

I HATE IT WHEN DUSTY PUTS MATT IN THE 8-HOLE! But shows alot of respect for the kid when they IBB him to get to the pitcher. Usually the opposing team would just go after a rookie.

I virtually guaranty they go after Neifi there.

props to Neifi for his first pitch upper cut hack that just elluded a slow and aging LuGo, but the lineup is constructed improperly, illogically, and idiotically. but its worked out so far today.

good AB rook.

Whats interesting is that typically Dusty puts a solid hitter in the 8th hole. Obviously with Barrett and now Murton. Only Blanco is the real 8th hitter that isn't solid, but that is changing since the move to #24.

Wow, interesting comment from Barrett.

??

Sorry. He said that he likes to see a lot of righties in the lineup when Rich starts because lefties don't really swing at the curve as much as righties do because of the fact that it sweeps as well as breaks downward.

Hill the next Barry Zito? His curve is not as ovally as Zito's... but its pretty good... where do we get these guys?

Wow, interesting comment from Barrett.

i agree w/ him. the 11-5 motion (as opposed to 12-6) make his curve very tough for righties to hit. they usually top it foul down the third base line. he doesn't hang many because of that motion either.

sit on that, troy!
