Love JD giving Javi Baez credit for defensive versatility. He was more versatile the Zobrist in 2016. Both were amazingly flexible, and Bryant's willingness to play some LF facilitated it. But Javi never gets credit for the versatility like Zobrist does.

Because Rea just pitched yesterday, and I don't even know how long Civale stays with the team.

Also, he had a low pitch count with 8 run lead, and he rested a lot in the first half.  And, a day off tomorrow.😄

I didn't think they would use Javy there, but 1 inning vs 2~3 inning makes big difference, I guess.  5 pitch inning was awesome, though.

Zeferjahn has yet to give up a walk in his 3 appearances with us so far.  A good sign.

I'm bored and tuning into this Sox/Guardians game and it's shocking that Stephen Vogt won back-to-back manager of the year awards.  It's one bad decision after the other with this guy.  MLB writers and media shouldn't be voting on any of these awards it should be MLB players and coaches only

Civale threw 45 pitches on Thurs,  Not sure about Assad.  Zeferjahn was the most rested reliever.
