The alcantara call up was weird because I would have assumed that’s Taylor’s spot in the roster. Guessing what it ultimately means is that Shaw isn’t really all that close to being back/full strength and the bench is Conforto Alcantara Taylor Ramirez Amaya for a little while?

He did 3 rehab starts.  He should be ready very soon.  In the last start, he made about 73 pitches.

Jed said they are going to discuss with him when he gets there whether he needs one more rehab or not. He was up to 73 pitches in his last one
