ABS is yet another really cool new thing these days in Baseball, together with speeding up the game with the pitch clock.

To be fair, Imanaga actually pitched pretty well. Some soft contact then a homer on a good pitch. Weimer seems to have his number, but otherwise he did well.

Yes, he did, aside from that skinny tall kid.

Well, at least we don’t have to wait until 3 months into the season to find out that our bullpen sucks. So that’s nice.

To be fair to Shota, that pitch (labeled here as 4) is well off the plate. 

2 weak hits dropped in and then a split well below the zone hit for HR.  That's just terrible luck.  Split was too far nside though.

At least the velo has looked good.

I suppose this is a mark of how largely good our lineup is at this but it's jarring when someone has a swing as bad as that last one by Nico
