Rams have the officiating to thank for that FG, without that ridiculous call on Dexter, they miss that FG.

OTOH we lead if Ben takes the points on one of those drives.  I like the aggressive approach but not ALL the time.

Don't know if it'll matter but, I'm certain the Rams won't be able to make a FG of 40+ yards.

I think it will be tough.

Another thing, Bears kept running to right, at some point, Ben' going to take advantage of the Rams over pursuing to right of the Bears' offense.

Cutback lanes are wide open.

i just find it weird we basically have no QB designed runs ever in the game plan

it's good for health/longevity but with guys crashing down and caleb's legs/ball handling those should be chain movers and a weapon around the goal line. oh well, nice not to be in a huge hole at half time.

The Bears are 6-1 this season when not trailing at the half (Vikings x2, Cowboys, Commanders, Saints, Eagles, Browns).

It makes no sense to me. Caleb has almost completely stopped scrambling too. I dont know why you would want to holster a weapon like that.

The ones they failed on were both defensible imo.  One was on the first drive when you are trying to set a tone on 4th and 2. The other was on fringe FG range on 4th and 1.

Maybe the play calls can be scrutinized but I’m fine with the decisions.

Plus the 3rd one they went for they got 7. Effectively, even if "going for it" is 50% successful (you get 7), and "kick it" is 100% successful, it's still advantageous to go for it.
