17 and 16 degree high temperatures next weekend.  Freezing Game Of Thrones GIF

If there is such a thing as cold weather advantage then I guess the Rams would be better.  I don’t really care though.  They are both Super Bowl champions under their current coach & QB.  Bears need to beat a really good team and that team won’t be thinking of the Bears as a pushover.

I'm rooting for SF in this one. I don't see the Bears controlling the game like they did against Philly again. LA has more injuries.

Well yeah, I didn't say anything about cutting him. My point is, people are saying get rid of him because Burden, Loveland and Rome are the primary targets. People are saying get rid of him because he didn't prevent the INT last week. It has to make more sense than that to get rid of DJ, it has to make dollars. You either trade him for a player at another position of greater need or you trade him and get cap relief to use on a position of greater need.

Also, he CAN be traded before June 1 and it would save the Bears 16.5M in cap space with 12M dead cap.

I'm for trading him for cap space. If you can get a 3/4 for him, I'm for it. I'm for extending Wright and letting Brisker walk.

Nahshon? I'm letting him walk too. I think he'll get more than I'd be willing to pay him. Plus, he's been cooked pretty regularly when not getting turnovers. Probably going to have to add a CB at some point though. With no Nahshon, you'd have a CB room of Stevenson, Johnson, Gordon, Terell Smith and Zah Frazier who have combined to play 26 out of 90 games (5 of them, 18 games possible games each).

Yeah, someone will give Nashon a healthy bit of money, I just don't want it to be the Bears, but yeah the secondary is almost in as desperate a need of help as the Dline.

Nashon will probably get a raise but, I don't think anyone is going overboard there.  I think he's gonna need to do it for more than one season before teams really buy it.

Well the Rams are probably the team I wanted to see least, but so it goes. It’s the playoffs, you’re gonna face someone pretty good (Panthers exempted).

im excited to see them play another playoff game. We get it at home. Whatever happens, im so happy

I’m hoping Kyler was just getting into game shape and not hobbled due to the injury even though I fear I know it’s the latter. Really need him to cover Puka or Adams.

15 of the last 16 Bears games have either resulted in a Bears win or a loss on the final play of the game (outside of kneels). So whatever happens it’s likely to be drama filled.

This game is 99% going to be on Saturday and probably the night game

Why do you think that? I was under the assumption the bye teams usually played on Saturday but I could be wrong

I would agree, since the winner of tomorrow's game can't play the bye team in the AFC (Bills win means either Pats-4/5 and Broncos-Bills or Chargers-Broncos and Bills-4/5)

I just googled it quickly, since the playoffs expanded to 14 teams every Saturday divisional round game has involved a team coming off a bye week. Assuming that’s by design the Bears will be on Sunday

If they keep Puka+Adams under 250 combined receiving yards, I considering that a huge victory.

Each? 😂

For sure the winner of Monday's game will be Sunday.  I think Bears vs Rams on Saturday because they are the only combo that both played this past Saturday.

I guess that makes sense.  I would prefer Sunday but I think it will be Saturday.  We will see at the end of tonight's game

It's gonna cold this weekend and Adams is coming off a hamstring injury. I do not know how big a factor Adams is going to be.
