Very much. When he gets his slider here, he's amazing. He's gotten it here. It's the fastest slider in baseball by 2+ mph and it's got an elite shape. You just can't do much when he's throwing it here. And he dialed it in. 

Cubs are going to have to find a run, but it's not on that pitch, sadly.

I mean, he's a starter. He's gone four. He probably can go more, especially throwing 99-101 instead of 104. 

He's still the guy who can lose it at any moment. He's given up 5+ runs a lot of times this year.

I worry about Palencia having thrown so much and having been relied on for several multi-inning appearances.  Hopefully he can get through this 1 more inning.

FWIW, Uribe has a 4.50 ERA in outings of 4+ outs this year(plus another unearned run).  If 2 innings of him is plan A that's not really a bad thing.
