If ever a team needed to go out on a high note... it was the Bears. And yes, ending an bazillion game losing streak by beating the playoff bound Packers in Green Bay constitutes as a high note.

Still gotta clean house with the coaching staff. Need a fresh start.

End of Bucs-Saints: If Mayfield would have thrown a pick-6 there at the end trying to get Evans the receiving record it might have been the most hilarious play in NFL history.

They cushioned Williams like Stevenson cushions a WR on 3rd and 2. So an 8 yard cushion.

we locked in at 10? dropping one spot is a nothingburger.

the roster needs more than tweaking for sure, but i do think positive vibes alone and hopefully billings/brisker coming back and extending gordon and i'm pretty the defense will play a lot better than they have shown.

Dropped 2 spots. Up to 4 spots if both Raiders and Jets win.

horsefeathers Green Bay and their horsefeathers fans.

If you would have told me a Bears loss would take them from 9-5, I could see the silver lining.

Dropping one spot, doesn't mean anything.

If the loss hurts the possibility of them firing Poles, I'll take it back.

Regardless of whether or not Poles said that today, "leader of men" is the dumbest buzzword

The more I looked around, sounds like the quote didn’t happen. But I still don’t want Poles making any more Bears decisions.

Packers fans now unironically fear leaving too much time on the clock for Caleb Williams

I don't care about the draft position today, but I'll change my mind when the actual draft position gets here and the top two tackles are gone by our spot

Along those lines, why did the Packers call timeout with time left on the play clock before kicking the field goal?  That time was the difference in the game.

Do the Bears have to keep Cairo Santos now, or can they finally get a real kicker?  Any number of guys kicking in the UFL can probably do the job.

As long as we have Pace, we will have loyalty to guys like Santos

No, they've got to give noodle leg the boot and enter the modern realm of NFL kickers.
