On one hand, it seems incredibly unlikely that Kyle Hendricks is going to repeatedly intentionally throw at another respected veteran player. 

On the other hand, Kyle is exactly the kind of guy who could get away with that.  Maybe that was his way of trying to show some fight where the rest of the team hasn't? 

Probably not, but I can't completely rule it out.

This team is pretty much what I figured it would be back in May, only theyre just a bit worse.

Me, I would trade away the players if the return was good enough that I don't feel will be a significant part of this team in 2 years. 

I'd bring up guys that are ready and will or could be a part of this team going forward, and let them finish out the season.

I looked it up at some point and I think we were in the top 10 in MLB something like 7 of the past 25 seasons but in the bottom handful far more often. You'd think RISP isn't a repeatable skill but apparently sucking at it is
