HR in 20/30 ballparks

Hardest hit ball all game for either team

Is that 20/30 only based on actual distance traveled?  Or does it also factor in the wind?

pretty sure its just distance traveled.   Wrigley has the deepest dimensions down the line in baseball so 354 ft hit is not gonna cut it here.  But obviously without the wind its long gone in every park.

Just DH for Amaya and have the pitcher bat 9th.

The pitcher has a better chance for a hit

We deserve this pain

horsefeathers no we don't.  Jed and Tom deserve this pain, but Jed is probably still buzzing at how fiscally responsible this team was built and Tom is asking his underlings how much the sportsbook made so far today.

This is probably a dumb thought, but is defensive positioning just so good now across MLB that the best way to beat it is to NOT hit the ball hard?  Maybe it's just the Cubs, but it seems like every time they hit the ball hard it is right at somebody.  It is the bloops and dribblers that find the holes.

I'm positive the Cubs will score once in the bottom, and also leave a guy on base

Maybe even two guys will be left on base…

Could be one for the ages with how inept the offense and bullpen is. It’s not a couple guys it’s 100% of them
