I'm trying to figure out what Counsell sees in Madrigal to use him as a PH in key situations, is the hope is that he hits the ball soft enough to leg it out

Busch looks a lot more comfortable with the backhand picks, which is unfortunate considering his forehand picks come from Morel and the backhands come from Nico.

Love it when your starter has to come out on 77 pitches because the 1st baseman can’t pick a throw across the grass.

Busch really sucks at picking the ball and pulling Taillon at 78 pitches is incredibly annoying.

Not sure if Jamo faces Nimmo either way, but agree. Hopefully Busch improves with more reps. 

If PCA can hit enough and Morel can glove enough, Busch should be the DH when Cody returns.
