I always go back to only overturning the obvious missed calls.  If a reasonable person can look at a replay and immediately know that they blew the call, overturn it.  If you have to study 3 different angles to make the conclusion that he was "probably" out, then the call stands.  As it is currently, they definitely stray too much into the subjective territory.
