They just showed Deng walking around, so hopefully that's a good sign.

That was a big 3 by Duhon. I smell .500

Not to mention it looks like the Pistons won't get to 100.

Thankfully, another pro team where I'm not too concerned with the draft before the halfway point of the season. That doesn't mean I don't have names. :D

If the Bulls keep our first rounder and it doesn't go to Phoenix, who is at the top of your list?

So...anyone upset that we traded this year's first rounder to draft Luol Deng? :D

I was never upset with drafting Deng, I wanted Igoudala over Gordon though. For now, I'm shutting up about that though. :)

I'm assuming the Suns will take it, but if they didn't, I would like Carney from Memphis (athletic SF, nice defender against the 3 and bigger 2 guards).

For the 2nd rd, give me...

Milan Majstorovic (another SF, who can play the 4, more offensive minded and has a nice outside touch.

Carney goes one pick before the Bulls in the first round in their mock draft; Milan Majstrovic goes 7 picks after the Bulls' second rounder. I like what I read in the notes about Carney too. Your chocies sound good, sign me up. :)

I loved watching Kirk and Rip chase each other around the court. Do they ever get tired? By the way, on a whim, I compared both players season stats. Rip's stats are on top.

Good win for the Bulls tonight. I think tonights win should shut up anybody who was saying that the Bulls were playing weak opponents and such for the reason they were doing so well. Kirk Hinrich just keeps impressing the hell out of me. How he has all that energy I have no idea. I think by the end of the year this team is going to be very very tough. Deng, Duhon, and Gordan are used to playing alot of bball so hopefully they wont hit the rookie wall very hard. When are teams going to learn, dont bring it in on Tyson Chandler? The kid is a shot blocking animal. Whos next?

I think they should get someone at the 3, someone who lock down the opposing 2/3 or someone who can extend the defense with a solid outside jumper. The Bulls can be easily exposed by a solid 2/3, Pierce and Rip can score on anyone on a given night, but the Bulls have troubles vs. most.

I agree completely. Of course the other key tto the offseason is re-signing restricted free agents Chandler and Curry.

Everything is 2nd to bringing them back, they've played extremely well for being how young they are and this might be a great opportunity to keep a nucleus together. I am glad they are winning with defense, especially since it is mostly team defense and not as individual as it was during the dynasty.

deng's only 19, he's going to get a lot better. it's scary how good that kid could get. he can do everything.

He isn't quick enough to cover most of the quicker 3s and can't cover the 2, can he be? Possibly, but the Bulls still need depth at the 3, and I would rather see that player be able to defend or hit the jumper, drafting a 3 doesn't equate to benching Deng or calling him a bust.
