-John Starks WAS a Bull for 5 games (and booed lustily everytime he touched the ball at the UC)

-Brad Miller getting into a fight with Shaq during a Bulls win over the Lakers in 2001. The Bulls swept the season series vs. the defending champs that year.

The two best things on your list, imo. :)

I'm on the bandwgn! However, if it is full, feel free to strap me to the top of the car, or I guess I could sit in the trunk.

Getting Brent Barry and then trading him after his first season (Barry is still productive with Seattle)

you must mean the spurs.

Yes, sorry he was on Seattle last year, went to San Antonio this year.

i used to watch him in seattle, he was a pretty popular player there, i'm surprised that they let him go. although they don't seem to be missing him at all.

Been a Bulls fan since the days of Orlando Woolridge and Dave Corzine. Haven't gotten off the bandwagon since. It's been a nice ride all in all. As a Cub fan, I'd never complain too much about 6 rings and having had the opportunity to watch and root for the best player in the history of basketball.

I'm liking this team, and I'm hoping that they keep Chandler and Curry. I used to say that Chandler was dispensible because of his lack of skills, but his defense and energy is huge and a great compliment to Curry.

Big game tonight against Boston. The Bulls will try to get back .500! Pretty interesting stat in today's Tribune: The Bulls have been at or over .500 for a total of six games since 1998. Six! That's 1.2 percent of those games.

Anyway, we'll again have a matchup problem with Pierce, as we do with any big guard. If he posts up Hinrich, Duhon, and Gordon every possession, it could be a long night. We may be looking at a zone in the fourth quarter to mix things up, like they did against the Knicks. Go Bulls! Make it 8 in a row!

Doesn't Pierce play at the 3 - wouldn't Deng guard him?

Supposedly, Jiri Welsch starts at 3. You're right though, it may be smart to put Hinrich on Welsch, Deng on Pierce, and Duhon on Payton to start. Welsch mostly stays on he perimeter, but can drive if given room.

It's halftime, and Pierce is tearing it up. 20 points I believe. The Bulls are hanging tough though. Could be another heart attack ending!

Well the streak comes to an end. Nobody could put the ball in the basket tonight except Curry. Well lets get another streak started vs. the Hawks on Friday.

Anyone care to explain why Eric Piatkowski is getting so much playing time in the fourth quarter? And Ben Gordon is sitting out the only quarter he ever plays?

Anyone?

I think he's 5th in the league in 3pt FG%. When he came in I'm assuming to have another perimeter threat from 3 point range

It's a shame to lose when they are within 1 game of .500. I haven't been this dissappointed with a Bulls loss since 98. But it's only one game. Oh well. We all knew they weren't going to go undefeated the rest of the season. Hopefully, they rebound from this.

Piss poor shooting performances happen. The whole team with the exception of Curry went cold and they still stayed close.
