Because they are a better team.

That's really meant a whole horsefeathering lot these first two games.

It’s baseball. The better team doesn’t always win. But it all evens out in the end.

No, it doesn’t, Steve Stone.

I've been bagging on Addison, but I have to admit I just looked and would not have guessed his OBP is .357.
He cant make outs if pitchers walk him

That was just a setup to my joke on my next post about how that was his slugging percentage.

I was being sarcastic too..

Maddon white flagging this game...

All started with sitting Murphy tonight.

Could of rested him against the Nats over resting him against the team that behind them in standings

No, it doesn’t, Steve Stone.

It usually mostly does

This is probably the case for a lot of teams with expanded rosters, but man there are so many guys in the bullpen that can't be trusted anywhere near a close game. We've got garbage time innings covered at least

“Usually” and “all” are not the same thing. And how could you even quantify that? I get the sentiment, but it’s just a thing people say.

I was annoyed with this game for awhile. Now I find it comical. Wouldn’t mind an old fashioned beat down if they’re gonna lose. Like a football-score baseball game. Although that would require the cobs to score a few more runs (doubtful).

I’d rather have him sit against Miley than Strasburg and Scherzer on Thursday and Friday

Quantify it with where teams end up compared to their regular season projections. Most usually end up within a few games of their projections.

That’s definitely not true.

That was supposed to say “see if most”

Getting caught up on Better Call Saul. It’s much better than this game.
Eh. I'm getting bored with this season.
