The team that absolutely destroyed us in the NLCS last year?

This just isn't a great comeback. Because, really, both fan bases would take our last three years over their last three years and both would take our year this year so far, too.

I mean yeah, I would for sure. But let's not act like the Dodgers are going away. They'll be contending for the next decade for sure.

At least we aren't the Dodgers.

Yeah they really got us there. We didn't beat their ass en route to actually winning a championship or anything. So to recap...

2016: Cubs beat Dodgers in the NLCS and then the Cubs won a World Series.

2017: Dodgers beat Cubs in NLCS and then the Dodgers lose a crushing World Series.

2018: The Dodgers are dog horsefeathers. The Cubs are somehow above .500.

Yeah sign me up to be the Dodgers, you're a horsefeathering idiot.

Might as well add 2015 on there. Dodgers don't win a playoff series. Cubs win the wild card game and then dong their biggest rival into submission in the NLDS.

I'm shocked that r_mack didn't make a positive post when we won the game. SHOCKED

I think he just uses the board to vent. He goes over the top and is a villain in the eyes of some here, but he really does appear to be a big Cubs fan and just needs to write his feelings down. Like, he's not hoping they lose, he instead desperately wants them to win.

That Dodgers comeback wasn't very quality, though, but I really believe he knows that.

Well he does the same thing on Twitter but for all Chicago teams so it’s not just NSBB. He goes out of his way to spread negativity on multiple outlets
