Shut up shut up shut up, don't spoil my long shot bet before I get a chance to place it

Sure wish I would have placed a bet on the Golden Knights back in preseason. But, who buys a 500-1 pony in a season long race, then a best of 7 race and another best of 7 race and another best of 7 race? I saw where someone bet $400 at the Sportsbook at Westgate when the odds were 300/1, which that $120,000 would be the biggest hit to the casino if the Knights win.

pretty classy move. reminds me of when they kept knox around after his injury (which i believe got him some additional benefits that kicked in that year).

The Bears are also getting Miller a gig at the Orland Park Buffalo Wild Wings. Class acts all around!

There is -1% chance I will ever watch a single episode of that show but I'd be happy to look at gifs and hear about some of the podcasts I listen to talk about it

Basically this.

"I'd say they took his training wheels off this spring," Long said. "I can only envision a 3-year-old Mitch Trubisky riding around on training wheels being pissed off because he wants to go over the jumps and he wants to do all the tricks like the big kids are doing. Because that's who Mitch is. He's a kid, but he can roll with the big guys. That's when he's going to do this (season), and be able to have some freedom and creativity. We really respect that about coach Nagy. He's really letting (Trubisky) fly his freak flag."

I didn’t get that either, but it going directly into a list of quarterbacks it must be not having an elite quarterback.

(I definitely wasn’t a fan of the Cutler slander in the article)

Cutler was hilarious and awesome and I loved him but he was a mediocre quarterback and that's ok.

Cutler arguably hit several of those 7 traits listed, but that's not the type of average QB Chicago wants. If you're elite you can be whatever you want to be, but if you're gonna be average, you better be a gritty mouthbreathing thick onion gravying [expletive] to make it in this town.

Sounds like Anthony Miller is impressing early in camp
So is Kevin Tolliver. He could be nice insurance if our CBs can't stay healthy... which is probable

Be really nice if Toliver could become something. One of my biggest issues with the last 2 offseasons is that Pace hasn't brought in any young CB talent. I know he's had a ton of other needs to fill, but the only CB he's drafted in 4 years, is Deiondre Hall who is now a safety. Fuller and Callahan are still young and building blocks, but I would love another high upside CB. We've seen what top CBs have done for defenses like Jacksonville and New Orleans, among others.
