I think I'm done with baseball if they lose this series.

 

I definitely won't be watching the LCS or the WS if the Cubs lose this series.

That's a given, I never watch after the Cubs are eliminated.

 

I watched the WS last year but that was different. At least we had Jake and Schwarber killing Pitt in the WC game plus donging St Louis to death in the DS.

I wonder if anyone actually makes good on proclamations like this.

I don't get it. Being a dedicated fan requires a lack of rationality that makes it nearly impossible to just switch off and walk away from. There have been plenty of times where I wished I could, but I know better.

I'm actually stunned at Fox for continuing to say the Cubs were 6 outs away. You'd think they'd jump at the chance to repeat early and often that the Cubs were 5 outs away when Chapman blew the game if they realized it

I'll seriously donate an extra $100 to the Rizzo foundation next spring if someone can make Jon, Cuse or 1908 a regular poster again.

Were you here last night? I mean, yes, he falls pretty comfortably into the 'our players do something and we love it and the other team does it and they're the worst', but you saw him pitch and hang out in the dugout yesterday, right?
