how do you not come to an exaggerated stop after the 2nd one, like maybe that doesn't get called frequently but he was pretty clearly not coming set and after it gets called it becomes a fool me thrice shame on me situation

Dude has 295 1/3 IP in the majors and hadn't been called for a single balk before tonight. That's an ump show plain and simple and Bleier was remarkably restrained considering the circumstances. He should have come to a complete stop, flipped the ump the bird, and then thrown the next pitch.
