Its cool that Kris Bryant has two "Kris Bryant Games" this year

 

To go along with his multiple Kris Bryant games last year (the two I'm thinking of are the July 4th game against the Marlins where he hit a 2 run bomb and grand slam in the first 2 innings of the game and the GW HR against the Rockies game that is the single tipping point for 12 months of Cubs dominance)

Having a multiple run lead going into the 9th doesn't really qualify as an 'escape' this is a solid 95% chance win type game.

 

Annoying stuff going on with our pitchers, Joe testing poor Spencer and poor Spencer breaking under the pressure. It is what it is.
