The only reason that Addy is up is because Zobrist took leave right? If Zobrist was with the team I thought Addy would still be in Iowa. As much as I'd like to think Zobrist isn't here as some sort of protest against their handling of Russell, from all the evidence/rumors it sounds like he's dealing with something on his own, and hopefully he works through it. Don't think it has anything to do with Russell.

That being said, it sounds like Joe Maddon believes whatever's going on may have affected Ben's play, so just because she did that IG stuff earlier this year doesn't mean this issue, whatever it is, just started recently.

Yeah late February/early March is right about in line with when he was late to Spring Training, back when we were all young/naive enough to think it had something to do with a Harper signing.
