i mean the truth is it doesn't matter that much. if they had the talent, they'd win with him. but i still enjoy it because the fans want him gone so bad.

Apparently Gary Sanchez and the Yankees called a press conference for 3 today, no reason given. It would make no sense for a contract extension so there's some wild speculation out there.

Edit: His official twitter retweeted the suspension and he's posted tweets about other things since the PC announcement so I'm guessing its nothing bad.

That would make sense given the nature of the impromptu-ness of it. Or who knows maybe it's something dumb like naming him a captain

Apparently it's just a monthly Yankees Spanish speaking news conference that he's going to be at. Looks like there may have been confusion since he tweeted it in Spanish/nobody really knows they Yankees do that every month.

Funnier than that is them penciling in all of Syndergaard, DeGrom, Harvey, Wheeler and Matz for next year like it's not big thing

This Robin Ventura thing is hilarious to me because its like the White Sox are trying to make accomplishing basic baseball tasks as weird, as strange, and as wrong as possible

 

Just fire him. Or keep him. What the hell is this garbage?

I think, they think they are really close to being good-decent. That they are closer to the first month or so of the season than they have been most of the season so I could totally see them spending like idiots this offseason and signing Trumbo, Melancon, and Ramos with his broke knee.

Regarding the Cubs tie yesterday:

 

I think it's [expletive]. I realize the game means absolutely nothing. But it does involve a playoff bound team. They should have to play their schedule. What if in that resumed game they have an injury? It just seems unfair that the other playoff bound teams have to run the risk of playing a full 162 and the cubs get an inning or so off

 

I mean...wow

 

 

 

Not as funny but still....they love to mock NSBB's use of the term dongs:
