I don't even care if he sucks; I miss him

i'm torn between wanting him to be successful for the yankees or suck so bad that after his contract we just bring him back in the "jonathan herrara" role. I suppose I want him to be successful, though, for unselfish reasons.

It would appear that he's beefed up a bit...

Yes?

just saying i'd expect someone to look vastly different (and bigger/heavier) after 13 years...especially an athlete (and especially those particular 13 years).

in the past calendar year, Francisco Lindor has 7.4 fWAR, tying him with Bryce Harper for 4th in MLB during that span

also, Kershaw has a full 11 wins in that time...'99 Pedro was 11.6 fWAR

That's crazy, I don't even thing his biggest prospect fanboys thought he'd be this good (i.e. Law).

Kinda a weirdly worded tweet, so he's having a surgery tomorrow? Or is "Hospital for Special Surgery" the name of the hospital he's seeing a doctor at?

Add Syndergaard to the list of pitchers going to see the illustrious Nick Riviera

At least this means the chances of suffering at the hands of a Mets loss again in the playoffs are quickly frittering away

I would feel pretty sorry for the Mets if they hadn't gotten to experience more fun last October than we've had in 70 years.

Meh, they barely had more fun than us last year anyway. They didn't win the World Series. They also got their asses kicked in the series they lost. And we had the awesome Wild Card Game. And we got to destroy our most hated rival with dongs, too.

But, still, screw them.
