Jay Bruce is a replacement level player this year.

 

This is true, but with the Reds needing runs, Bruce (who was due up 2nd) next inning is a better fit than this Holt guy who has a career OPS of .508 and a minor league OPS of .718.

So everything is official except home field in the AL Wild Card game (I'm calling the Royals and Blue Jays games that both involve 5+ run lead/deficits with less than 3 outs to go)
