I've never been more excited about a potential December trip to Memphis or Shreveport in my life. Early reports are that Arkansas QB B Allen will be ready for Mizzou.

College football is stupid

Agreed.

O/U for Nelson Agholor is about 155 yards this week.

Maybe if ND and PSU lose this week (lol..."maybe"), they can face off in the Tampax Pearl Bowl in downtown Gary, IN

You jest, but a Pinstripe Bowl matchup between the two is a legitimate possibility.

You guys should get a Myles Jack to shut Agholar down one-on-one.

If we had one, he would've either cheated on a test, reneged on his letter of intent because of a sick grandmother that's never mentioned again, gotten whipped by his hometown girlfriend and transferred, broken two limbs at once, or some other such nonsense by now.

I want to beat KSU, but part of me is hoping we get blown out (which is not unlikely) just so we don't hire Bowen.

you win our contest to see who can pay attention the longest to their embarrassing big 12 football team despite their actually good basketball team's season having started.

Coming into this weekend, the entire SEC has two out of conference losses. One by an awful Vandy team at home to a bad Temple team, and one by SEC East leader Missouri at home against the only winless team in the B1G.

The entire SEC West is bowl eligible. First time that has ever happened for a division in CFB.

Also, Arkansas might be the best 5 loss team (might end up with 6 losses) in memory. Seriously. Back to back shutouts of LSU and Ole Miss. Lost by 1 point to #1 Alabama (would have been OT if not for a missed extra point). Led most of the game AT Mississippi State and lost on an INT in the end zone on the final drive. Lost to Texas A&M in overtime.

That's a team on the cusp of being special.

First time for an SEC division. The 2008 ACC Atlantic division had all 6 teams go to bowls.

One in the same.

Excited given the improvements Texas has shown this season. Worried that TCU is in need of a big statement and we will get our [expletive] pushed in.

Ole miss cub fan with all due respect to you and the Arkansas fan on here arkansas is officially the most overrated team in the history of college football.

Apparently sec west teams can't be disappointing, the teams that beat them need to be special. Arkansas is a mediocre team there are like 50 teams that are at least capable of beating then on any given day. Georgia slaughtered arkansas and subsequently lost two five loss teams South Carolina and Florida (assuming FSU beats them). Despite how bad they have looked I'd take South Carolina over Arkansas.

Arkansas is basically Tennessee. Why the hell do people think they are good? Because they almost beat a couple teams that aren't that great? Because they beat two teams likely to be unranked at season end?
