Chant now you bastards!

People who chant the opposing team's goalie's name when he's playing well deserve to see their team swept. Then contracted.

Maybe there's another city in Texas that could use a hockey team.

I always looked at annual contenders in recent years like the Patriots, Red Wings, Heat etc and wondered if it's just less fun when your team is going far in the playoffs every year. The answer is: it's not less fun at all.

One win away from averaging a conference final trip for 7 seasons.

Remember when Crawford was so awful he was subbed out for Darling for nearly a whole series?

Yeah the Crow haters on my FB feed are quiet tonight

Three stars:

3rd - Kruger: Great job at the dot and everywhere on defense.

2nd - Hossa: One of the underrated two-way forwards of all time.

1st - Crawford: Keep chanting his name, Wild fans. He's owned your ass's for three years running.)

Missed game tonight. So the MN fans were jeering Crow while he was pitching a shutout? I would expect more from them.

They have done it both of the last two years as well. I pity them.

The Hawks haven't trailed since the first period of game 6 against Nashville.

Anybody can beat anybody 4 out of 7, but I'm not particularly afraid of Anaheim or Calgary. We talked about how it was possible before the playoffs even started, but the Hawks are doing the Western Conference playoffs in reverse order of difficulty. Nashville > Minesota > Anaheim/Calgary.

The Wild fans were very loud for the first 5 minutes or so and then the Hawks had an outstanding penalty kill and were pretty much quiet the rest of the night(except for the CRAAAWFORD chants)

So much for the State of hockey, it reminds me of Cardinal fans being the best fans in baseball nonsense.

And if they win the Cup vs Washington you can slot them in after Anaheim/Calgary.

As discussed in either a Cubs or the Bulls thread I dont think Chicago fans can criticize other cities for going dead silent at the first sign of doom.

The Crawford chants were idiotic considering the game situation though.

Goalie chants: because not everyone is close enough to pound on the glass.

There should be a 4 goal waiting period before taunting a goalie.

I watch vastly more Blackhawks games than other NHL games....do other goalies hear the taunt as much as Crow?

The other chant that bothered me was "Lets go Wi-ld"...it's a one syllable word you morons. Do the right chant..."Lets go Wild! Lets go Wild!"

The Sha arks fans do the same thing.

Isles fans were taunting Holtby this year when they play the caps. Winnipeg fans do the chant, though they didn't get much of chance to do it in the playoffs against the Ducks.

When I was a kid, you chanted a goalie's name when he was having a bad game to taunt him. Several times in recent years during the playoffs, I've seen fans do it when the opposing goalie is kicking their team's butt, and it's weird every time.
