It is extremely awkward to root for Hardy to perform on the field right now. I wish Carolina would act because they as an organization look cowardly in the midst of all that's happening right now in the league.

He must have really worn the child out because for felony child abuse (at least in my experience) you have to inflict serious bodily harm that creates a substantial risk of death or disfigurement or causes hospitalization. There is also a mental injury component too. Perhaps it's different in Texas.
