This has to be the final straw for Josh Gordon, right?

Hope so. Screw football, the kid needs major life help.

Scary to think of him and Manziel hanging out together.

I have no idea who plays WR for Miami.

Mike Wallace has a $17.25m cap hit this season.

After that...I don't know.

Kinda all that matters. Brian Hartline makes around 5Mil also. But yeah that chart has no correlation between WR talent/production and money spent on the position.

Eli, Flacco and Big Ben always get boosted up for winning rings. Flacco hasn't completed 60% in 3 years, and last year threw more INTs than TDs. Eli has a handful of seasons where he has basically been Matt Schaub. Roethlisberger is pretty good, so he's actually about in the right spot. Though I wonder if he would be behind Rivers without the rings.

Tony Dungy, perhaps one of the greatest beneficiaries of the Rooney Rule in the history of the NFL, said he wouldn't have picked Michael Sam because of the distractions and that "things will happen" in the locker room. Oh, he also helped Michael Vick repair his image after being in prison for dogfighting. Keep using religion as a front to protect your homophobia, Tony. Rumor has it his son who committed suicide did it because he was gay. So there's that.

Kaepernick at 13 is patently absurd as well. He has a wart or two but for crying out loud the dude's made the NFC title game 3 straight years.

Saying that makes you as dumb as the people who rank Eli and Ben highly because of the rings.

I just realized/remembered that Kaepernick didn't play in 2011, so if that's what you were referring to by saying I'm stupid, I totally agree.

It was just a about a year ago that Jaworski said Kap can be the greatest QB of all-time. But now he's the 13th best in the league.

That was a blatant ESPN newmaker thing. Deadspin had an overview:

No, I was going with the team achievements=high ratings for the QB nonsense. If you wanted to cite some individual thing, fine, but not that his team has been to 3 straight NFC championship games.

I agree that he's rated too low, by the way, just not with your reasoning.

That list is horrid Big Ben in Top 10? Kap and Russell Wilson behind Both him and Ryan?

I wonder if the list was "which QB would you build your team around" how the rankings would change.

I suspect Luck would be 1 and Wilson & Kap probably top 5
