I've slept for about 7 hours combined the last 2 nights.

 

Same and I'm getting sick (actually that's part of why for last night at least). FML.

Is it a myth any sleep should be 90 minute increments due to REM cycle?

kids slept the whole flight, then went to bed at normal time. Everything seemed fine until 2 hours later and then it's been a shitshow ever since. I'm probably just over 7 hours the past 2 nights.

My understanding is sleep cycles are real, but they can vary a bit by person. Some might be 90, others 70, etc.

For those that are interested in such things, Boers and Bernstein is being shown on video stream today. Typically it's not.

The show is so much more enjoyable on the video stream. I'm not 100% sure why.

 

 

I went to one of their outings prior to the Bears Jets games I don't recall either of them drinking. It looks like Terry is already on beer #4. I hope they video stream this more often, the comments section is also entertaining.

Listen to the parade of sad sack callers on this show is infuriating; I honestly think Theo and co. were completely aware that most Chicago sports fans are miserable masochists who think they deserve and need to have the worst possible teams before anything can happen. How many more dumb fucks are going to call in bemoaning the Bears as a spot nobody will want to run as a coach or a GM, or convinced that the Bears have to "blow it all up" and be horrible for a couple seasons? One guy even just compared it favorably to the Cubs, like that's the right/only way to fix a bad team!

 

Go [expletive] yourselves, Chicago sports fans. I hate your stupid guts and I hope you die.
