Yes. Do you want a GM that is hamstrung by the McCaskeys? I don't. I'm not 100% confident that Emery will be any good, but I want him to be able to make the moves he wants to make.

The Bears, by the way, have a TON of potential cap money for 2013. So, the new coach could be set up for a pretty good first year.
