Kiper and McShay both released their final mocks.

Kiper has the Bears with Te'o in the first. McShay has us with Ogletree.

I don't have ESPN insider, so I'm going off of this.... http://www.bleedinggreennation.com/2013/4/24/4259942/2013-nfl-mock-draft-mel-kiper-todd-mcshay-release-latest-mocks

Te'o would be an incredibly disappointing pick.

There are a lot of extremely bad picks on this list. DJ Fluker at 12 to the Dolphins is just brutal. There's no way that will happen.

@seankjensen Agent @DerykGilmore of @PrioritySports tells me he's hearing client D.J. Fluker will be a top-10 pick. So perhaps 4 OTs go in top 10.

More fluff. Man the hype machine is in full crank today. Some teams must really want to trade down.

I think the source of most of the reports are agents, and I can't think of any reason they'd have to lie!!

Between the team 'reports' and the agent 'reports' twitter is a cesspool of nonsense right now.

The Dolphins run a zone blocking system. There's no way they take a right tackle who's a poor scheme fit at #12.

Ah, I thought you were complaining about him being taken that early.

I think it's an overdraft (Fluker is probably a late first talent and at best my #8 lineman overall behind Joeckel, Fisher, Cooper, Warmack, Johnson, Pugh, and possibly Warmack, Watson, and Long) but there's probably going to be a run on linemen early, so teams are going to do what they have to do or miss out on a whole range of available linemen. But Mayock is the guy who waits until the last minute to do a mock so he only has to do it once, and to be mock a player that team can't even use just wrecks his credibility. It's like mocking a 4-3 end to a 3-4 team.

Now I'm really confused. I thought we were talking about Kiper. He also has Fluker going #12 to Miami.

I didn't actually check the link because of insider, but apparently crazy is contagious.

EDIT: Looks like the confusion originated with me somehow mistaking McShay for Mayock. It's still ridiculous taht multiple mockers have the Dolphins picking Fluker at 12, though, and Warmack isn't much better.

I'm hearing the Titans could potentially pass on Milliner to take Xaviar Rhodes at 10. Somebody tell me good things about Rhodes.

Rhodes is a big, physical CB. He may be better than Milliner. Better ball skills, better in press coverage. The big concern is he plays high (but he's almost 6'2") and if he can stick with quicker WRs in man coverage. To me, he's almost physically the same player as Morris Claiborne was last year. Claiborne has (much?) better ball skills and was more proven in man coverage than Rhodes is coming out. Good tackler. Rhodes though would be best suited pressing at the line, bailing into a zone then breaking on the ball. Good fit for a Bears type defense.

I just checked CBS Sports and I immediately regretted it. Enough trade chatter and player slides to give a headache.

The Dee Milliner surgery stuff came out supposedly within the last 48 hours and now I'm hearing buzz about Joaekel sliding.

Raiders thinking of taking Hayden #3? [expletive] me. Has the ghost of Al Davis possessed Reggie McKenzie or am I overreacting here?

You're overreacting. That is another BS story that I glanced at when clicking the X in the top right corner.

DJ Hayden shouldn't be in the top 7 on anyone's big board.

I'd guess that's a ploy to get a trade down, TBH. I wouldn't believe much of what you've heard today. Maybe the report that Joekel was told he isn't the #1 pick. In fact, I wouldn't believe much of what you've heard (about who is getting drafted where) from the last couple days.

Chiefs are going to pass up Joeckel and select Fisher #1.

Not that surprising. Fisher is the better prospect with upside. Now one has to wonder if they're able to swing a trade with Albert.

Posted
I don't claim to know much of anything about Fisher but Joeckel proved himself against some of the best DE's in the country while Fisher was playing in the MAC. Oh well, Luke won't last long and will probably end up in a better situation than had he gone to KC.

Philly/DET are a sure bet for Luke.

Supposedly, Fisher performed very well in the Senior bowl, as well as against the couple of Big Ten teams CMU played this year. Even if he has some rough edges, putting him at RT for a year, keeping Albert at LT, isn't the end of the world.

i'm actually coming around to the idea of Eifert at 20 if he's there. what an offense we'd have.

Yeah, I think I want Eifert.

Granted, I don't really know jack [expletive] about college football.
