How old is Soriano?

I'm guessing he closer to 40 than 36. His power and speed reduction coupled with the injuries pretty much tell it all. It wasn't until recently where Latin players had to actually prove their birthdate before being drafted. Long form I'm sure is what is expected. :?

 

In all seriousness, this guy has been a disaster as a Cub when you look at his contract. I can't take much more of him starting anymore. Just call up Rizzo and let LaHair play some in left. Soriano is a liability.

Soriano is almost certainly 36. His breakdown doesn't seem extreme or fishy.

 

Yes, his contract has been a disaster. In other news, the sun is hot.

 

Rizzo probably isn't coming up until after the ASB, and Soriano probably isn't going anywhere.
