I think he's talking about the renderings of the outfield party deck thing ( or whatever it's called) looks like a lot of weight for those 2 post to hold up, I'm sure there's more to it than what it shows.

This rendering? I could explain, but it can get technical. Basically most of that weight will sit on the trusses (right below club deck/lounge) and go to the exterior (where the marquee sign). The 2 posts in front is helping out of course, but it's not taking the brunt of the weight of the entire upper deck. It's mainly holding up the club seats and the suites. Plus those posts/beams/trusses are all connected which makes them even stronger. What Lefty really should be asking is if there's any engineers here? An architect is going to draw this up and basically hand this off to an engineer and say "make this works structurally". They may look kinda flimsy, but they can hold a [expletive] ton of weight each and you got like 20 of them all the way around.

 

Another way to think about it is the roof of your house. A lot of people think the weight distribute equally downward, but the exterior walls of your house is taking most of the weight. Not sure if this helps , but when they do the upper deck part of the renovation, I imagine they'll be beefing up the exterior walls and some of the posts inside to accommodate all the extra weight/etc.
