The next major part of the project is the clubhouse at the start of 2016, right?

 

The clubhouse will be in use next season.

 

It's being worked on right now (as seen in this picture).

 

They're also re-doing the home dugout and putting some batting tunnels and other stuff where the current clubhouse is, relocating the bullpens to beneath the bleachers, putting more seats where the existing bullpens are, and doing work on the 3B concourse and RF upper deck.

Are the bullpens going under the bleachers still? I thought that got scrapped after the city threw a tantrum about it messing with some of the landmark stuff.

Nope. The only point of contention with that had to do with expanding the size of the door openings in the brick wall.

yeah, my guess is there wouldn't be much point to restoring it and then transporting it, considering the likely damage that would take place in transit
