Yep. Wisconsin really does suck away from Madison. I still expect them to come back and win today though, because Illinois sucks no matter where they are.

Southern League not doing so badly early against the SEC. South Carolina up 20-13 at halftime on the Citadel, Auburn up 7-0 on Samford middle of the first quarter, Furman up 8-0 on Florida mid first quarter, with the Alabama-Georgia Southern game not kicked off yet. Obviously the expectation is still that the SEC will still win big in all these games but they haven't been able to separate themselves yet.

i decided to throw the game on while i was making a late breakfast. they sucked me in with a good start and now they are just happily twisting the knife. we can still lose by three scores.

really nice set of replays showing wisconsin running picks with their receivers a thousand times worse than worse than what illinois did, of course without getting called for it.

 

and now an interception. yay.

I havent had to consider Michigan and the BCS at large chances in awhile. Everyone keeps saying they are alive for one but there are so many 1 loss teams ahead of them. How does that work?

If they get into the top 14 of the BCS, they are eligible for an at large. There will be 3 at larges available. A 2nd SEC team will take one and probably the Oklahoma/Oklahoma State loser will take another. That leaves one left between whoever doesn't go to the Rose Bowl in the Pac 12 (probably Stanford), the Virginia/Tech Clemson loser, any Big 10 team eligible, or Boise State.

Thanks...so hopefully finishing off Nebraska (up 14 points with a quarter to play) and beating Ohio State can get them up to 14 (they are 18 now and will surely jump Nebraska).

Pretty sure the Kansas basketball team could throw on some pads and do better than this. They look like SMU after the death penalty.

 

I think blowing that Baylor game took whatever fight was left out of the team. But yeah, they're Godawful. Gill should be fired at the next commercial break.
