Gus Johnson is doing the Texas game :D

Prepare for an upset.

If the team you're playing beat you at home last season and does it again this season, is it an upset? :P

South Carolina got screwed at the end there against Auburn. Geez. The clock should have been stopped at :02 on the final play but the clock ran out and the refs wouldn't review it.

It wouldn't have been fair to Auburn either to put the time back on the clock though. If South Carolina had the time initially, they would have only had time for a desperation Hail Mary because the clock would have started running before the field goal team would ever get on the field. If the officials had put time back on the clock, South Carolina gets to kick a field goal.

And it's a little different from the Texas-Nebraska game. In that game, the clock had to stop right when the ball hits out of bounds and then didn't restart until the start of the next snap. In this game, the clock stops when the officials signal it's a first down after the player is down and the clock starts on the ready for play.

Putting time back on may or may not have been the most accurate thing to do (SC probably deserved time but it depended on when the official made the signal to stop the clock for the first down). But to put time on would have penalized Auburn more than not putting time on penalized South Carolina so not putting time on probably was the most fair thing to do.

RGIII just threw his first pick of the season

That game was awesome. It's fun to have a decent Cats team to root for.

Bill Snyder is a miracle worker. KSU does not have a ton of talent, but he has that team playing so well. They will absolutely hammer us again this year, and I'm not looking forward to it.

I don't really see any winnable games for KU this year on the schedule. Maybe @ISU, I guess. Should've won today. Gah.

wow, mack brown sticking it in and breaking it off. wildcat reverse pass on 3rd and 1 up 27-0.

True Freshman QB, trying to plant some seeds for OU next week. Plus still incorporating the Boise St playbook with the 2 QB's.

And it happened at home.

I am just glad MSU won today. I was at my boys football game so I haven't seen it, but looking at the total yds it appears that this game was much closer than it should have been.

When I was watching the games earlier today I noticed that there were a lot of empty seats in the Illinois game. What more do Illinois fans want? 4-0, B1G opener against an in-state rival and they don't fill up a 70,000 seat stadium.

Russell Wilson looks amazing tonight. Taylor Martinez, not so much.

I'm pretty sure Martinez's throwing motion is a leading cause of glaucoma in football viewers.
