this shouldn't be too tough.

also, go jets.

Aren't Reid and the Eagles due for one of their inexplicable losses of the year?

Basically a playoff game on Sunday.

MM's on the hot seat if we lose and I'm not just saying that because I hope that's true. You can't lose four out of five late in the season with everything right in front of you.

The NFC 1-seed belongs to Atlanta if they win 1 of their last 2. If not, it can still go to New Orleans, Philly or Chicago.

Yup. The next time we lose our season is over.

If you beat the Giants next week but the Giants lose to the Redskins in Week 17, you get in even if you lose to the Bears. Slim chance Washington wins that game, but stranger things have already happened this year. This is all assuming Tampa loses at least once more as well, which they will.

I still don't know what to think about KC. Excellent coordinators, but I still question just how good the actual talent is. I think the Weiss/Crennel duo are helping them play over their heads, perhaps by quite a bit.

Interestingly enough, even though Kansas City is 3 games better than us record-wise, they have a +41 point differential and we have a +40 point differential. We can win this game if we play like we did Sunday and the first 7 weeks of the year.

I have no confidence that either the Colts or Jags will lose, though. We need both to and I don't think either will.

Correct. I'd rather not think about that though.

this is the cool part of the season when we get saturday games, and they give us dallas at arizona? lame.

I miss the days when there would be like 3 Saturday games during the final few weekends of the season.

This isn't directed at Bukie, but it's always annoyed me that all the playoff scenarios include all the Tie possibilities. Ties happen what, 2 or 3 times a decade? Why don't we wait until we have one before we clutter up all these potential scenarios with such an obscure possibility, it's complicated enough most years with 35 teams still in the hunt in Week 15.

There, I cleaned it up some.

Oh, I wasn't trying to suggest you do anything, it's just one of those things that doesn't make much sense to me. Thank you though.

GB has the best point differential in the NFC, yet they're in danger of missing the playoffs. Unreal.

Mike McCarthy sucks and Rodgers got hurt at the worst possible time. Too bad for Green Bay. Not.

We also had a ridiculous point differential in 2008, yet we went 6-10.
