Minnesota converted six 3rd and 8+ situations all season. They've already converted three in this game. Offense has to play well from here on out because the defense is obviously not going to play well again this season.

they also have the second most sacked qb in college football.

This Michigan/Purdue game looks like a Pop Warner game. There's been 9 turnovers combined.

Honestly, I don't even care. just win the game, get blown out by Wisconsin and OSU and let me enjoy a post-xmas michigan game for the first time in 3 years.

Denard benched and Forcier in the game now. Denard has looked awful today. His 2 interceptions were nowhere near any UM receiver, and he also has a fumble on the day.

Makes me believe DRob being shaken up was an excuse for UM to keep Forcier in for the rest of the game. From Heisman contender to 2nd string QB in the span of a Big Ten season.

I liked when DRob was having 200/200 games and I generally like him as a player, but it'd be much better off with Forcier as the starter and DRob coming in and allowing him a drive or two each half. Would give the opposing defenses so much more to plan for.

It's not like Forcier has been all that great himself. He makes just as many bad decisions and tries to do too much on every play. I don't understand why Denard refuses to scramble when he drops back to pass and no one is open. He never scrambles. He's one of the leaders in the nation is rushing, but turns into John Navarre when he drops back to pass.

Phew. Looks like Michigan will pull this one out. That had to be one of the sloppiest games I've ever witnessed. Winning season for Michigan though, so that's good. Looking forward to getting killed the next 2 games.
