badly. this always happens

can't remember any good times, just bad

STHU Jordan Bulls fan.

Who also follows teams that have the longest NHL and MLB championship drought and a football team that has won 1 championship (25 years ago) in the last 47 years.

I follow all those teams too, except I don't care about basketball. I have *never* seen a championship.

I was 14 when I saw my last one (12 years ago) and those ones I definitely took for granted. I would think a championship would be more enjoyable if you weren't convinced it's your given birthright to win the title every year. Yes it counts, and I guess I'm luckier than other fans. But you can't discount owning 2 of the 4 major sports longest title droughts.

The Blackhawks in general have a pathetic history. Only 3 stanley cups in our history despite playing in a 6 team league for decades. We were essentially a farm club for Detroit.

what really jumps out at me are the marlins' faces when they were celebrating the nl championship on our home field.

that's a [expletive] kick in the nuts. something inside me broke that day and i realized sports just aren't fair at all.

This is so '08 Cubs.

But like I said a bit earlier, and as I keep trying to convince myself, they'll be fine if they take Game 4. Get home ice back and they'll win the series.

But I realize that now I sound like that Predators fan. If they aren't going to make any adjustments, there is no reason to expect a different result.

Too much extra passing, looking for the perfect goal. As Olcyzck mentioned, dump and chase, it's not pretty but, Nashviile' going to keep clogging up the nuetral zone.

We've allowed ourselves into thinking we have a team that can go all the way, but sadly our teams fail the seal the deal. We are better then the friggin Predators, and there is no way they

should even be on the same ice as the Hawks, but like most Chicago pro sports teams, not name the White Sox, the Hawks are going to failed on a golden opportunity to bring a championship back to Chicago.

This blows. The Hawks needs to do a soul searching, cause if they don't kick the ever living crap out of the Predators in Game 4, then this series is prolly over.

we WERE better than the preds. right now, i'm not so sure. nothing we're seeing from the hawks so far is really anything different than we saw for most of the second half of the regular season

Why is it always teams with fan bases who don't even care about that team? Seriously, there shouldn't even be a team in Nashville for God's sake.

Specifically Juan Pierre sprinting in from Center with the "WHOOOO" face. Thanks for reminding me.

This. If you can't sell out a playoff game, you should have your team taken away.

If the Hawks can win game 4 the series is theirs. I was hoping for a split in Nashville, woulda been nice in game 3 but it didnt happen. The key to beating Nashville is to get an early first period lead which hasnt happened in any of these first three games if they can do that Nashville has to abandon this dump and chase crap and you will see the Hawks be able to play their style of game. I dont know what happened yesterday, they didnt show up. Win tomorrow and the series is even and the Hawks take this series.

Last few playoff losses for Chicago teams:

(Hawks) Detroit - Legit

(Bulls) Boston - Legit

(Cubs) Los Angeles - Legit

(White Sox) Tampa Bay - Threw them in here just because it's Tampa

(Cubs) Arizona - WTF

(Bears) Indianapolis - Eh, couldnt sell out smallest stadium in NFL before Manning came

(Bears) Carolina - Sorry Andy, wtf

(Bulls) Legit - Legit

(Bulls) Miami - Miami team, enough said

(Bulls) Washington

(Cubs) Florida

Just need to win one of the two. So....next game is obviously more important now. Preds will play their choking style and it will be up to the Hawks to defeat it like they did in game 2.

Man, the NHL playoffs are really hard to get a handle on. Low seeds can really do damage in this league. Makes it exciting....unless you're looking an early exit straight in the face like we are.

i don't even think the Wings sold out their game last night; it surely didn't look like it

probably not. Wings have had some serious issues with not selling out the last few years. I dont think its apathy as much as it is just too frickin expensive in a city that is having huge economic issues
