That's what I like to see after a multi-run inning. I didn't even have time to post that I was worried about Dempster after hanging out on the basepaths for much of the 5th before he got 'em 1-2-3.

it's funny that we get into the same arguments over and over and i think that pretty much the main reason is that we can't insult each other or use obscene language

So that's, what, 3 rocket double plays we've hit into already? 1 of which shouldn't have even counted?

Did you miss the bad call at first that sparked the 2 runs last inning? Or the ball that Prado missed that was inexplicably ruled a hit instead of an error just before Glaus doubled Ramirez off?

Back to the fundamentals with Aramis point I was making

I wasn't watching, but it sounded to me like there wasn't much he could do about that

It would have been bang bang at the bag if Aramis would have held up. But yeah, I was just looking to prove my point.

So this is the first time I've been able to really sit down and watch the Cubs. How have all the regulars looked? I saw someone mention that Byrd has looked good. How about Geo? Lee? Soriano? Anyone else?

I think that was a hit based on the fact that it was hit pretty hard, and Prado never really got to the ball. It was a rocketed shot that Prado tried to backhand and couldnt.
