Horrible result for a 3-1 count dammit. Can you get down the line any slower Aramis?

I thought we were going to score that inning. Holding my breath for the pen again..

The Cubs gotta be the only team in the league that doesn't score with 1st and 2nd, 1 out, and their best hitter in a 3-0 count.

Definitely!

If anyone cares, Jake Peavy has given up 3 runs in the top of the 4th to the Indians. Sox down 3-2 and the inning is still going.

Quick someone unban CubsGM. Whenever he did that "double play in 3.....2.....1...." thing, the Cubs never seemed to hit into a DP.

The Sox aren't down 3-2. They're tied 3-3.

He's probably re-registered under yet another name and hasn't been approved yet.

Who was it that was arguing that Grabow had proven he had the ability to consistently strand runners despite mediocre peripherals? That was one of the highlights of the offseason, IMO.

He'll get a chance to prove himself here.

indeed.

if you give almost $4m a year to a middle reliever, you should have a lot more confidence in them than anybody has in grabow.
