People who have gotten tickets, have you already gotten your confirmation email?

No. They'll trickle in over the rest of the day. You'll probably get them in the next few hours, though.

has anyone gotten the "high transaction" error screen and then clicked continue and then be able to get your tickets? I need to know if I'm wasting my time by continuing to click "continue" when it says to resubmit my requested.

do I have to start all over again in the virtual waiting room thing?

Yes. Just keep clicking continue.

I've been stuck with the same 3 open windows for about half an hour. I get errors about every 5 seconds.. what kind of bumpkin runs this server?

this is horrible, I've been getting the high volume error the entire time...only thing I was able to get close to was dugout seats but I didn't want to blow my whole wad on one game :(

Opening day becomes the 4th sell out

If I had known how lucky I had gotten, I would've maxed out on bleacher tickets... Instead I only got what I needed. Oh well, more for everyone else. :-)

The no limits during the presale really screwed things up for the average fan. By time today rolled around a lot of cheaper seats were singles only.

really? I got through much earlier than I have since this got popular around 2004, and despite a couple can't complete high traffic situations, made the purchase and got through a couple more times to finish my shopping much earlier than expected.

I agree. In the past you would be lucky to get in more than once in the first hour and that was a result of people going for those 3 or 4 ultra high demand games. Since those were eliminated in the presale, the rest of the tickets could be purchased today. Realistically, you could only maybe get through once for one of those few games in the past because the brokers were working overtime.

4 in the bleachers for 5/15, 2 for 8/16. Just trying for some cheapies on 5/1, and I'm done. If I get in again and anyone wants them, I'll post it and you can let me know who wants it.

mine have all come nearly immediately, unlike past years

Yeah, I've actually gotten all of mine.

Firefox kept sending me back to the vwr when I clicked schedule immediately after getting through, but IE never did that. Kind of strange.

Today would have been better without a) the presale and b) the Tiger Woods press conference and mind-numbing post-conference analysis. I wanted to see the Price is Right.

Yeah, there were just so many tickets sold before today that the supply was extremely limited, especially for high priority games. The sox went to single ticket only nearly instantaneaously and opening day not too long thereafter.

Also a buddy of mine was 7000 something on the waiting list for season tickets and got season tickets this year, so I'm thinking they increased the % of seats taken up by season ticket holders by a pretty large margin considering that waiting list usually moves only a dozen a year.
