Guzman needs to go just because I'm tired of hoping for something out of him and just seeing meat pitches fly up there to get hammered whenever they actually let him out of his AAA cage.

Guzman is about the best bullpen guy we have right now outside of Marmol

I keep hearing that, but at some point the man should, you know, get some people out without giving up hits and walks.

7 baserunners(2 XBH) in 5.2 IP with 7 Ks

And 4ER.

No way.

Ok so who is better? Heilman maybe but other than that there is noone

Heilman and Gregg. Sure, Guzman has nice velocity and nice pitches but all I see out of him is runs given up. To call him the 2nd best reliever on this team is a stretch.

Gregg? HAHAHA Heilman needs to learn to throw strikes just like Guz

What's so funny? You honestly think Guz is better than Gregg? Stop being a homer for Guzman. His numbers in the majors have always sucked. he definitely has the ability to be a very good pitcher but until I see him putting it together in the majors I will take the proven guys like Heilman and Gregg over him.

I said hes better than Gregg RIGHT NOW. Do you really want to compare Greggs and Guzs numbers for this year? Quit being a veteran homer

Miles to leadoff the bot of the 9th. Sweet we get to start with 1 out already. Just send up Z

I have a feeling Miles will get on. He wants to show his old team that they should have resigned him.

Pessimism probably isn't worth it there. . . ;)

I know gameday isn't the best source, but this was a pretty surprising ball call. Is the strike zone really this bad?

I vaguely remember not liking one of the calls in that AB, but I don't remember one that bad.
