Last year's opening day thread had 68 pages. We have some work to do....I have to wonder if excitement for the Cubs has lessened this year, or if the size of NSBB's community has dwindled.

When teams started pulling the huge lefty pull shift on Edmonds he started putting bunts down the third-base line and they quit. I never understood why Bonds didn't do that, but then I remembered his name is Barry Bonds.

I'd rather watch the game at home then at a bar. Way bigger TV, sound, cheaper beer and I don't have to drive anywhere.
