I thought they would be motivated as hell last week. It might have helped in the run game, but then again they've been solid against the run all year. They haven't stopped the pass all year. I hope they can this week, but I'll need to see it before I believe it.

They were probably motivated to be the first team to beat Tennessee, but it still was a meaningless game in the grand scheme of things. Non-division, non-conference. But coming off a game where the pass D got abused, again, and going against a solid pass team that will try to exploit them....motivation should be up. Throw in the fact that it's the Packers. It's for survival in the division if the Vikes win. And I think you see a very motivated team ala the Colts and Eagles games.

Yeah, I've grown pessimistic of this game. I guarantee McCarthy is going to come out like a total buffoon and he'll run the ball 20 times tomorrow. I don't really see how the Packers are going to win this game.

I'm pumped for tomorrow, win or lose. I thought the Bears would be awful this year, so its fun to be playing a huge game against the Packers in week 11. Go Bears!

Bring it, y'all

For the uninformed, Mark was born and raised in the Chicago area, but because the Bears were so bad in the 90s, he decided to become a Packers fan. What a tool ;)

Hey, sounds like me and basically every other Chicagoland Packer fan that's around our age.

Yeah its sad. Never understood why you'd bail out on your hometown team just because they were bad. That reeks of fairweathered. I guess kids are more impressionable, but still...

Especially considering they picked the wrong horrible in the '90s Chicago team to bail on.

At least they were good enough to go .500 in picking '90s Chicago teams.

Kevin Jones is inactive for the Bears, a bit of a surprise to me. The others are Marcus Hamilton, Fred Miller, Earl Bennett, Anthony Adams, and Matt Toeaina. Hillenmeyer is active, but Roach will start. Lloyd is active.

Wind chills are in the low 20s in Green Bay with a 30% chance of snow. After being subject to the most miserable conditions of my life yesterday in Ann Arbor, I look forward to watching this one at home.

On Friday night, ESPN was showing the Bears/Packers game from November of '85. This got my blood boiling again. Anything less than a severe ass beating is unacceptable.

I'm happy to see that I can watch this one from the comforts of home.

Interesting play calling by the Packers here. It was a smart call to come out running and show the Bears they can run on them. When you don't have 8 in the box this is what happens.
