mccarthy wants to embarass us, not that we already aren't.

could something go right for any one of my teams. first the cubs, then the bears, then the illini. the bulls always suck.

What did you whine about in the 90s with the Bulls and the 1986 Bears?

the bears were a million years ago and the bulls have more than made up for their winning in the 90's. i need to do some research and i'll attach it to my sig, the overall record of my teams in my lifetime.

I think that's the case for most people who root for multiple teams. Especially when their baseball team is the least successful one (since there is a disparity in the number of games played).

You've got 7 championships in your lifetime. Not too shabby.

thank you, raisin.

Yes but its also been 10 years since a title, plus the Bears don't count for me because I was 2 when the Bears won the Super Bowl. So all my championships were concentrated to 1 sport in an 8 year period. I root for the MLB team with the longest championship drought in sports history, a hockey team with the longest championship drought in the NHL and a football team that has made 3 playoff appearances in the last 14 years.

I obviously have had it better than a lot of people in other cities, but in no way am I anything close to spoiled with my sports teams.

Ping, I'd seriously consider two OLs on day one. There are always a few 2nd - 3rd round guards that look good (Duke Robinson, Herman Johnson come to mind right now).

That pretty much equates to the worst division in the NFL I guess. It really doesn't feel that way though. I guess that's because everyone in the division has a quality win (at least the Bears and Packers do, don't know about the Vikes.)

That's true, any division the Cardianls are running away with can't be that good.

Lovie Smith "We didn't play well" How about you show one ounce of emotion you freakin jackass. I changed my mind, I want him soapdropping gone.

Lovie already showed emotion when he pawned over Barack Obama. But seriously, showing emotion doesn't mean crap. There are plenty of coaches who have shown it and who haven't that have won Super Bowls.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think we'd win this game by 34 points. Both our offense and defense were sensational today. AJ Hawk as the MLB was really impressive to watch today. Perhaps we should've listened to Aikman and tried that sooner while playing Barnett at the weak-side LB position.

And why are people complaining about their team's records since they were alive? Everyone outside of Chicago would've thought that you were crazy if you even considered the Bears were to have a .500 record after the 10th game of the regular season. All I know is that it's going to be a fun final month and a half in the regular season.

Lovie Smith " A loss is a loss". No Lovie, getting your ass handed to you to a divison rival is alot more than that.

Haha, that reminds me, "Our number 1 goal is to beat the Packers."
