Well lets see...CC won't be able to go until Game 2 at the earliest (once again on 3 days rest), Sheets is probably not going to be pitching, Gallardo can go 5 innings tops, Parra who knows.

I want to play the Brewers. We will have a lot of fans at every game at Miller. I can't imagine there will be many cubs fans in Philly and CC's arm might fall off by the time the NLCS rolls around.

Self explanatory

Cole Hamels vs. possibly healthy Sabathia/Sheets/Gallardo

Sabathia just made his third straight start on 3 days rest and when he goes in Game 2 on 3 days rest (because there's no way the Brewers will hold him until Game 3) that will be four straight starts. Who knows if he's going to tire out and fold. Sheets is obviously hurt, Gallardo just came back and is on a limited pitch count. If the Cubs get past the Dodgers, I'd much rather face the Brewers than the Phillies.

Sheets has already said he's done for this season, so you can stop with the "healthy Sheets" stuff.

Yes, if there were a healthy Sabathia, Sheets, and Gallardo, Id fear the Brewers. Instead, you have an overworked Sabathia, a broken Sheets who has no buisness on the mound if he knows whats good for him, and a Gallardo who is good for <5 innings, as well as the regular cast of characters in Bush, Suppan, and Parra.

Agreed. It's not going to happen, though. The Crew emptied the tank over the last 10-12 days, IMO.

Want the Brewers to win, because the Cubs would beat the Brewers pretty easily, and be the first team in league history to have all home games in a 7 game series.

Brewers are an incredibly inferior team to both Philly and Chicago. If it turns out to be a Cubs-Brewers NLCS, I'd pee my pants in excitement. And untuck my shirt.

I'll pee on your shirt and untuck your pants...

Talk about a post that really needs to stay in context to make sense :D
